1. About Daaree
Daaree is an online marketplace that allows users to buy and sell products. Daaree may act as:

Daaree does not manufacture products unless explicitly stated.

Deliver items as described and within stated timeframes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not list counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited products
Daaree reserves the right to remove listings, withhold payments, or suspend seller accounts for violations.
5. Purchasing and Payments
When purchasing through Daaree:
You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout
Prices may include applicable taxes
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
Daaree reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or product unavailability.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller.
Some items may be eligible for return within a specified period
Custom, digital, or clearance items may not be returnable
Refunds will be processed according to the seller’s return policy
Daaree may assist in dispute resolution but is not automatically liable for third-party seller actions.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use the Platform for illegal activities
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Platform operations
Harass or abuse other users
Circumvent payment systems or fees
Violations may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Daaree (logos, design, text, graphics, software) is owned by or licensed to Daaree and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Daaree’s content without written permission.
9. User Content
If you submit reviews, images, comments, or other content:
You grant Daaree a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it
You confirm you own or have rights to the content
You agree your content does not violate laws or rights of others
Daaree may remove content at its discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Daaree is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Daaree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Daaree is not responsible for actions of third-party sellers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question
11. Disputes Between Users
Daaree may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers but is not obligated to do so.
Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating legal action.
12. Termination
Daaree may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the Platform.
